we do establish the FM standard / controls within the organization along with providing the required trainings with three main objectives “ meet the customers agreed SLA , provide the required Planned maintenance to increase the lifetime and minimize the down time , apply cost saving without impacting the SLA
Planned Preventive Maintenance
we do provide highly qualified engineers/technicians to provide the mandatory PPM as per the manufacturer’s recommendations and maintenance plans
Safety & EGS risks
We do support the organizations to implement the required safety controls within the workspaces based on the applicable international and local laws to provide safe environment for the employees to increase the productivity also to implement the required controls that support the environment such as reducing the carbon footprint , safe waste management process , faire competition and fair work environment when it comes to the social responsibility.

we do provide utilities operation 24/7 such as water supply (water pumps – water tanks ) , drainage system ( drainage manhole – drainage pumping systems ) HVAC systems (chillers , cooling plants, AHUs,..) and power supply systems ( Normal MDBs, Generator , ATS and UPS).
